At Valdis, we want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange. No stress, no runaround — just straightforward, honest service.

Email our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Securely repackage your ring in its original velvet pouch and send it back using a tracked postal service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The ring must be in its original, unworn condition — free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the velvet pouch.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. Valdis is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
